Pre-School Classes (Ages 6 & under)

Parent Child/ Almost Me
Walking to over 3 yrs.

Child and parent work and play together. We focus on developing large and fine motor skills through obstacle courses and stations. Class will cover basic tumbling, balance and strength. This class is sure to get your toddler off on the right foot for life's adventures! (Co-ed)


Tiny Tumblers
Ages 3 & 4

This class focuses on basic gymnastics skills on vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline. Children will learn basic body positions, hand-eye coordination and listening skills as well as school readiness skills. (Co-ed)


Gym Kids
Ages 4 & 5

This class focuses on basic gymnastics skills on all apparatus. They will recognize body positions, learn terminology and develop body awareness. They will also work on fine tuning, following directions and learning school readiness skills. (Co-ed)


Junior Gymnasts
*Must Pass Gym Kids


Girls who have completed Gym Kids will continue by learning intermediate gymnastics skills on all four events. (Girls Only)


Flip Stars
*Must Pass Junior Gymnasts


Girls who have completed Junior Gymnasts. They will learn fun strength exercises and stretches to improve total body fitness. Children will develop body awareness, fine tuning, following directions, and working on the safety rules of the gym. They will also be working on all 4 events learning new skills. (Girls Only)


Ariels
(Must Pass Flip Stars)
Girls who have completed Flip Stars. They will learn fun strength exercises and stretches to improve total body fitness. Children will develop body awareness, fine tuning, following directions, and working on the safety rules of the gym. They will also be working on all 4 events learning new skills.  (Girls Only)


Bouncing Boys
(Ages 4-5)

This class is to introduce the Men’s events and start working on basic positions. Repetition and stations will be the main focus to develop memory and kinesthetic awareness.
(Boys Only)


Tough Guys
(Ages 4-7)

This class is to introduce the Men’s events and start working on basic positions. Repetition and stations will be the main focus to develop memory and kinesthetic awareness.
